TOXIC Avenger

One of my very favorite nail polishes EVER is by Dollish Polish and it's called Toxic Avenger. I first got my hands on a mini bottle when it was a mystery polish in one of Dolly's restocks last year.  I was just starting to get into holographic nail polish at the time and had heard great things about Toxic Avenger. Sadly, this would be the last time it would be for sale.  However... within a few months I was able to acquire two more mini's and a full size bottle. I was obsessed with Toxic Avenger!  It is my vacation polish. Anytime I leave town or know I'm not going to be changing my nail polish for a a little while, I'll wear it.
I wore TA again recently when I went on vacation to Cayucos, California.  It's a little known town on the central coast famous for their Brown Butter Cookies, the very best cookie I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend ordering some however note that shipping costs as much as a box of cookies so you may as well make it worth your while and order a few boxes :) Anyway, back to polish.

David Bowie's Eyes

Sometime last year, I was out to lunch with my coworkers at a Japanese restaurant I picked out in Little Tokyo. It was actually the only Japanese restaurant I could find in the area that could take a reservation for 12 people but that's another story... it was there where I won my first limited edition Lynnderella, It Takes All Sorts.  I love pink and black so this was perfect for my first LE.  And, it has a beautiful purple shimmer throughout the polish.

So later that evening... I find out that I've also won my second Lynnderella LE... Orange You Happy To be You.  At that moment, yes I was... what a great polish day I was having!

Both polishes arrived on the same day in the same package... I just couldn't help but place them on this magazine my husband left on the coffee table. And if you're wondering... David Bowie's new album is AWESOME.

I'll leave you with some macro shots...

Futz & Evermore

A while back my friend Mary surprised me with a polish called Futz by Mosaic Lacquer. I loved it immediately. It's a silver holo with black glitters.  I wore it on my toes when I first got it and recently did a repeat wear on my fingers. It didn't even occur to me at the time to layer it over another color (this will be my next use of the polish).   Here is 4 coats of Futz... I just love it!

Futz is available here...and there's only 2 left!

The next day I decided to spice up Futz with Evermore by Lynnderella... the pairing seemed meant to be.  Evermore is from the past Halloween collection.  It's hard to choose a favorite-- especially from Halloween polishes-- but if I had to it's probably Evermore. Here is Evermore over Futz. I couldn't stop staring at the holo-glittery rainbows on my nails.

Enchanted Polish - Spinkled

No time like the present to start blogging.  Today is a big day for us nail polish gals if you are as crazy about Enchanted Polish as I am.    So, in honor of the restock happening today at noon California time (and yes, my day is planned around this big event) I wanted to show you one of my favorite Enchanted Polishes -- Spinkled.  When I first read the name I was calling it Sprinkled, whoops...  I wore this polish for days and was so sad to remove it.  It quickly became one of my very favorite polishes.

The formula was amazing, nothing new to hear about Enchanteds...  the above photos are 3 coats.

You can check out Enchanted Polish at www.enchantedpolish.com
